Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends.

Sub-Job Family Description - Sales Assistant:
Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. As the visible face of the brand follows company values. Contributes to reaching set sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction.

BOUCHERON SEASONAL STORE ASSISTANT

RATE OF PAY: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:  

Customer Care:

• Ensure a warm and luxurious welcome for clientele.
• Serve beverages.
• Greet clients with discretion, kindness, and respect.
• Manage client waiting times in the boutique and provide information.
• Conduct boutique tours.

 

Support for the Salesperson during sales:

• Support salespersons during product presentations.
• Listen attentively to client and salesperson requests.
• Adapt to each unique request.
• Package items in boxes, create gift wraps, and prepare certificates.

 

Participation in Boutique Operations:

• Contribute to store setup and maintain adherence to Boucheron guidelines.
• Handle Point-of-Sale (POS) and beverage replenishment orders.
• Implement safety rules within the boutique.
• Collaborate closely with Back Office and Customer Service teams.
• Capture photos of items following House guidelines.​

 

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1 year of proven experience in jewelry retail sales
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, fluency in multiple languages appreciated.
• Engaged, team spirit and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Professionalism and integrity.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic.
