Customer Service Representative

Provide courteous and helpful customer service; stock and maintain cleanliness of store and stockroom.

• Provides customer service in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Stocks shelves ensuring all shelves are filled.
• Prices all merchandise.
• Fills all orders including mail, phone, web site, and e-mail orders.
• Cleans and maintains cleanliness of counter tops and fronts of counters, windows, doors and tops of shelves.
• Empties all trashcans and puts in new trash liners.
• Sweeps and vacuums all floors.
• No supervisory/management authority.
• Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and previous cash handling and customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Cherokee History and culture preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional status through interface with customers.
• Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with management and co-workers.
