Project Manager, AI-Enabled Commercial Excellence Execution & Change Management (Solventum)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As the Project Manager, AI-Enabled Commercial Excellence Execution & Change Management, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The role will operate at the intersection of commercial transformation, AI-enabled workflows, and enterprise change adoption.

This role is not focused on managing static plans—it is focused on designing, testing, and scaling new ways of working across Commercial Excellence using AI, automation, and iterative delivery models.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Designing and running experimentation cycles to improve how project work gets done
• Building and deploying AI-enabled project workflows (Copilot, automation, agent-based processes)
• Scaling agentic project management capabilities across teams
• Driving adoption through embedded change enablement (behavior-focused, not theory-heavy)
• Operating as a connector across Commercial Excellence and business functions
• Support planning, execution, adoption and measurement of Commercial Excellence initiatives across the Commercial Excellence team.
• Managing projects of various scopes, budgets and duration lengths in an agile manner to produce desired results and business impact. 

This role is intended to drive the following:

• From static tools → evolving AI-enabled workflows

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (completed prior to start)

OR

• Highschool/ GED and 1 year project management work experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, or Copilot solutions
• Strong problem-structuring and ability to operate in ambiguity
• Experience with MS Power Apps, and other workflow tools
• Certifications (PMP, Agile, AI, Lean Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of the Innovator’s Method
• Change Management Certification

• Remote- USA

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic/ international
