What You Will Do:
Manage daily operations of a cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Identify and mitigate project risks related to material management and manpower, proactively resolving issues that may impact material flow and project success.
Develop inventory plan to ensure key process indicators such as investments, inventory turns, and service level are achieved.
Coordinate and facilitate effective communication between team members, suppliers, and customers, ensuring alignment on project goals, milestones, and requirements.
Develop metrics, tools, and analytics to provide regular reports on sales and inventory to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project, with a focus on continuous process improvements.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Advanced degree and 3+ years Materials / Inventory management, Supply Chain, Supplier Management or Planning experience; OR a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant industry experience; OR associate’s degree and 7+ years of relevant industry experience; We will also consider 9+ years of relevant industry experience in the absence of a college degree.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Degree in STEM field
Inventory and/or Materials management experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Excel and Data Analytics tools
Project management experience and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement tools (CORE/ACE/SixSigma)
Experience working with SAP Materials Management or Warehouse modules and MS Office Suite
Ability to work and effectively communicate across the organization, as well as suppliers and customers
