Position Overview
Under direct supervision, for a period of six to twelve months, receives on the job training and completes job assignments to acquire knowledge and skills requisite for examining books, documents and any other records relative to the establishment, operation, consolidation, or dissolution of Residential Mortgage licensees and student loan processors for the Residential Finance Section in the Division of Banking. Logs examination information on spreadsheets, tables and data bases. Assist in reviewing leases, files, contracts and records. Travels to facilities for examinations and to attend and participate in meetings.

Essential Functions
- Assists higher level examiners and receives training in performing on-site examinations of records, documents, collateral, or other related materials for purposes of ascertaining compliance with state/federal laws and regulations applicable to the institution under examination.
- To facilitate the amassing of skills necessary to affect logical, systematic, documented reports, composes written assignments, indicating examination findings within the pertinent institution.
