Join our Customer Care team as a Customer Care Advisor!</b></p><p></p><p><b>Your responsibilities?</b></p><p>As a Customer Care Advisor in the My Driver Team, you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice assisting drivers who operate our leased vehicles. Your role will involve answering queries and providing support exclusively to drivers, ensuring they have all the information they need for a smooth journey. </p><p></p><p>On the side of the road with a breakdown? Have a question about a technical inspection? They can always count on you to answer their questions by phone or email!</p><p></p><p><b>Who are we looking for?</b></p><ul><li><p>You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>You have a "can-do attitude," are passionate about resolving customers’ problems, and are looking forward to joining a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Besides communicating, you can also listen like no other to what your interlocutor needs.
