Part-Time Breakfast Attendant – Fairfield Inn & Suites Lewisburg
Start your day early and make a real impact! We’re looking for dependable, friendly individuals to join our team as part-time Breakfast Attendants. This role is perfect for early risers who enjoy getting work done efficiently, interacting with guests, and being part of a team.
You’ll work 2–3 days per week:
Weekdays: 5:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Weekends: 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM

What you’ll do:
- Greet and assist guests in the breakfast and lobby area
- Set up, serve, maintain, and break down the breakfast bar line
- Prepare and replenish breakfast items as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and quality throughout the breakfast service
- Handle guest needs courteously and professionally
- Assist with food deliveries, trash removal, and light physical tasks
What we’re looking for:
- People-person attitude and a willingness to provide excellent guest service
- Comfortable with early mornings and active work
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, handle physical tasks, and maintain focus
- Availability for weekends and flexible shifts
- Previous customer service experience preferred; hotel experience a plus
- ServSafe certification is a plus, but we’ll provide training if needed

Responsibilities:
- Welcome, greet, and interact with guests in the breakfast and lobby area
- Set up, serve, maintain, and break down the breakfast bar line
- Prepare specified food items, replenish, and assist guests courteously and efficiently
- Handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and standards of quality throughout daily assignments
- Follow maintenance programs, cleaning schedules, and food handling procedures
- Assist with inventories as scheduled
- Observe all house, safety, and security rules
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions preferred
ServSafe certification a plus, but not required; company will provide as needed
- Must be able to lift heavy items and handle physical tasks
- Availability for a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
