Customer Installations Manager (Mid/Small) - IM

* Mission Statement:
- Develop, design and install gas supply system and project at customers' site
- Cooperate with sale department to implement projects
- Implement after sale services, ensure best services for customers

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Review and approve SOP and design; provide general management staff

Involve in OTC council in dealing with and innovating technical problems and technology relating to production and customer services

- Technical problems and technology relating to production customer services

- Innovate and research new technology to meet standard requirements

Compose training process for self-improvement and improvement of supervised staff (about 20% of workload)

- Involved in training courses as company's requirements

- Separate and train supervised staff about new technology

Other task as required (about 10% of workload)

- Cooperate with colleague to complete own task and help them when needed

- Involve in company's culture improvement through activities, which create efficient working environment (time management, hygiene, dress code...)

- Involve in other tasks of the company as required

1. Education: University Degree in tops universities:  Mechanics / Electricity / Installation

2. Working experience: 5 years 

- Strong business sense, analysis skill, logical thinking & proactiveness

3. Foreign language: English - fluently at 4 skills Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening
