Live Production Support (FRS)

Summary of Position
This position provides support to the Live Production Campus Manager in all Audio, Video, Lighting, and Live Production needs across the PLN Campus.

Responsibilities include event preparation and execution, console programming, gear maintenance, developing action plans for event needs, task coordination, and volunteer operator training for services. The role requires proficiency in operating at least one auditorium production position Lighting, CG, Camera, Audio, for Weekend Services, Gateway Youth, and Gateway Kids. Additional duties include supporting a variety of events, kids ministry environments, funerals, and weddings.
 

Principal Job Responsibilities

• Program and operate consoles for services.

• Train, recruit and develop volunteers and other staff.

• Be available for scheduled events and operate

• maintenance and training on the Live Production calendar.

• Coordinate technical requirements for weekday and weekend services and events.

• Perform required administrative tasks in a timely manner.

• Maintain an inventory of equipment and supplies.

• Beneficial if experienced in Digico Systems, Klang, Propresenter, GrandMA 3, Resi

General Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills

• Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability

General Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to:

• Sit/stand for long periods of time

• Occasionally kneel, or crouch

• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work at heights on ladders and aerial lifts.
