• Motivating, training, and coaching the staff
• Accurately completing store paperwork and inventory, tracking labor hours and verifying other daily reports
• Ensuring employees are adhering to company policies and standards
• Please note that this position requires working flexible hours, lifting of objects up to 40 lbs., and standing up for long periods of time.
