Managing Learning Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive learning materials for all rolled-out data capabilities, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
Accelerating Data Learning & Adoption: Organize initiatives such as Hackathons, hands-on training sessions, and adoption accelerators to drive enthusiasm and engagement in data capability adoption.
Ensuring Business Value: Validate that rolled-out data capabilities are effectively solving business problems and delivering measurable value.
Enhancing End-User Experience: Continuously improve the end-user experience, ensuring that adopted data capabilities are user-friendly and provide maximum impact.
Training Data Product Squads: Develop and deliver training programs to upskill data product squads, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to leverage data capabilities effectively.
