Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of Treasury Operations Specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality performance and complete the tasks within the timeline
• Execute fund and digital asset transfers on time and accurately, following company policies and transfer requirements to ensure the safety and efficiency of fund movements
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to track and reconcile fund transactions and balances, ensuring accurate fund consolidation
• Work with the operations team to participate in the optimization and efficiency improvement of the fund transfer process
• Collect, analyze, and report fund transfer data as requested by the operations team, providing insights to enhance operational decisions
• Compliance management: Comply with relevant regulations and compliance standards to ensure legal compliance of settlement and clearing operations
• Assist internal and external audit teams in periodic audits and inspections of fund transfers, ensuring compliance and transparency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related fields, with 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in fund operations management within financial institutions, particularly with fintech and virtual asset fund management
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong ethical standards and confidentiality awareness, with strict adherence to company policies and procedures, especially regarding digital asset management and operations
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required
