Job Description

We’re not yesterday’s IT department, we're Digital Technology. The world around us keeps changing and so do we. We’re redefining what it means to be IT with a mindset centered on transformation, experience, AI-driven automation, innovation, and growth. We’re all about delivering delightful, secure customer and employee experiences that accelerate ServiceNow’s journey to become the defining enterprise software company of the 21st century. And we love co-creating, using, and highlighting our own products to do it.

Ultimately, we strive to make the world work better for our employees and customers—when you work in ServiceNow Digital Technology, you work for them.

About the Role:

We are looking for a senior creative strategist and visual designer to elevate ServiceNow’s critical thought leadership and strategies into executive-ready visuals that drive decisions. This role will focus on creating the board-grade decks, frameworks, and visuals that fuel our CDIO and CCO conversations with C-Level leadership, ServiceNow Board and external executives.

As part of the DT Product Activation & Adoption team, you’ll work closely our leaders and partners to design slides, frameworks, and infographics that bring clarity to our most important narratives (e.g. AI Native Transformation, Agentic workforce Management, Autonomous Operations across the enterprise). Your work will directly shape the conversations that decide the future of ServiceNow.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Design executive-ready visuals: Craft slides, diagrams, and frameworks that simplify complexity and inspire confidence in board and P5 sessions.
  • Turn strategy into clarity: Collaborate to distill strategy into polished, consulting-grade decks that drive alignment and action.
  • Create “viral” executive moments: Develop visual concepts so compelling that executives adopt and reuse them across their own communications.
  • Ensure brand and narrative consistency: Apply ServiceNow/DT brand standards while evolving a unified visual storytelling style across big bets.
  • Work independently at the highest level: Operate directly with executives, managing inputs, edits, and confidentiality with minimal oversight.

What success looks like:

  • Decisions land on first pass: Your decks lead to faster alignment in board/ELT reviews.
  • Viral visuals: Executives instantly adopt your slides and reuse them in their own decks.
  • Elevated clarity and confidence: Boardroom conversations are sharper, faster, and more aligned because of your work.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience; a Masters degree with 8 years; or a PhD with 5 years of related experience in executive storytelling, consulting design, or strategic communications.
  • Proven portfolio of board-level decks, system diagrams, and transformation visuals (consulting or enterprise SaaS preferred).
  • Expertise in PowerPoint (board-grade polish), Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fluent in consulting-style frameworks (flywheels, operating models, value chains, roadmaps).
  • Experience shaping executive narratives in partnership with senior leaders.
  • Ability to work independently at the executive level—translating ambiguity into polished output under tight timelines.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted design tools for first-pass drafts, while maintaining impeccable human judgment for final polish.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
