• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Job Summary:

 

To support our Warehouse team, we are looking for an Admin superstar to join us in Mountain View, CA! 

 

The Warehouse Admin is responsible for managing all administrative functions of the warehouse including inventory control, order processing, and shipping and receiving. With your strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems, you will support many units under different lines of business, and being flexible and having the ability to pivot while providing consistent results will be key. A passion for data integrity is a must.

The great things you will do:

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate records

• Process orders and ensure timely delivery

• Coordinate shipping and receiving of goods

• Maintain inventory control system

• Track and monitor inventory movement

• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts

• Resolve inventory discrepancies

• Manage warehouse staff and ensure efficient operations

• Comply with all safety and regulatory requirements

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

• Communicate with customers and suppliers

• Troubleshoot and resolve warehouse issues

What we look for a candidate:

• Has a minimum of 3 years applicable experience in a like volume and quality food service establishment.

• Possess general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and Sustainable food practices

• Has the ability to operate Web based ordering systems, process customer requests, changes to orders, menu updates and client profiles,

• Possess general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices.

• Working knowledge of Google Suite
