As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be a pivotal individual contributor on our lean yet mighty Data and AI team. You'll be instrumental in shaping our data landscape, ensuring its accuracy, accessibility, and readiness for advanced analytics and AI. Your contributions will directly impact our key MadTech initiative, from automating forecasting updates to maintaining impeccable data uptime and ensuring the precision of our critical business metrics.

What you will doYour mission will be to transform raw data into a reliable, high-performance asset that empowers our business and fuels our AI initiatives. The most critical part of this role is to develop and deploy an AI-ready data model to support reports, dashboards, and AI initiatives. This means creating structured, high-quality, and well-governed data that is perfectly fit for purpose for machine learning and artificial intelligence workflows. You will also:
- Design, build, and optimize robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and maintain a 99% data uptime for our critical pipelines.- Develop and implement comprehensive data quality checks and validation processes to ensure +/- 5% accuracy for all Sales, Revenue, Shareholder Services, and OPSP metrics.- Lead the full migration of Metabase dashboards to Looker, ensuring data consistency and enhanced user experience.- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into scalable data solutions.- Champion data governance best practices, ensuring data integrity, security, and proper usage across the organization.- Continuously monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline and reporting issues, ensuring timely resolution.- Contribute to the strategic roadmap of our data platform, identifying and implementing new tools and technologies that align with our growth and AI aspirations.
What skills you need- Fluency in SQL and Python is a must.- Hands-on experience with a modern data stack (e.g., cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift; orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt; BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).- Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and/or multi-touch attribution modeling.- Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Segment.- Strong understanding of data modeling principles (dimensional modeling, Kimball methodology).- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain data pipelines.- Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.- Strong communicatio
