Job Description

We’re hiring for our West Coast and Texas Connected Hubs, including Seattle, San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Los Angeles, San Diego, Austin, Dallas, and Houston. 

As a Senior Manager on the Strategy & Operations team, you’ll own a portfolio of business, influencing its direction and taking ownership of your hard-earned results. As part of the consulting leadership team, you’ll guide day-to-day operations of the Strategy & Operations practice, including resourcing for projects and growing a talented team. From developing strategic understanding of large, global high-tech clients to driving the pipeline and delivering results for multi-million-dollar accounts, your efforts will ensure sustainable, profitable growth.

About the team

The Logic20/20 Strategy & Operations team brings together people, processes, and technology to build solutions that propel businesses towards a goal—whether that’s accelerated growth, a better customer experience, or happier employees. Working with a close-knit leadership team of Senior Managers and Directors, you’ll manage a diverse team of consultants and project managers.  When the big decisions are being made, you’ll have a seat at the table to contribute your unique perspective and ideas.

About you

• You’re a consulting leader with considerable experience working for a “Big 4” consulting company
• You have deep experience in project leadership and gain fulfillment from managing and mentoring consultants
• You will have experience developing and presenting solutions and proposals to clients
• You create value, identifying, developing, and enhancing opportunities that grow client relationships and drive strategic development of accounts
• You have an executive presence and are comfortable negotiating, influencing, and working side by side with other executive leadership, senior management, and client-side decision-makers

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a highly-recognized, leading consulting firm
• Experience with business development and handling multi-million-dollar accounts
• Experience selling to and/or consulting at large technology corporations (Preferably Microsoft, or Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Intuit, ServiceNow) 
• Experience with the sales process and account development
• Ability to travel approximately 15% per month

• Have national or global recognition for your consulting work or related publications
• MBA or relevant graduate degree

California State base compensation range: $175,000- $220,000 DOE.
