Your Role
KYNDRYL ServiceNow Architect will report to the ServiceNow Architect Squad Lead and is responsible for oversight of all project deliverables and activities necessary to enable development and delivery of best-in-class processes and tool functionality. They possess practical business and IT experience gained from years serving the ServiceNow needs of multiple customers across many industry verticals.
Understanding of ServiceNow implementation methodology, agile practices. Ideal candidate has extensive technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and can lead client conversation and work directly with the ServiceNow Development resources. The Senior ServiceNow Architect will have responsibility for overall successful delivery of in-scope items for each engagement. This includes demonstrated business development and selling experience, experience in developing programmatic approaches to build and scale GTM approaches, strong process engineering skills, requirements gathering leadership, a customer focused collaborative approach, field engagement, enablement experience and a good understanding of the ServiceNow platform.

This role requires the ability to travel 25% of the time based on business requirements.
If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $123,740 to $296,980 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of people management
5+ years of program management
5+ years’ experience building and managing strategic at-scale implementation capabilities.
3+ years’ experience in technology transformation, with experiences in cloud-led technology change program(s) in a leadership capacity
Lead, design, and develop ServiceNow applications and system components, tools and utilities, models, simulation, and analytics to manage complex business functions using sophisticated technologies
Resolve coding, testing and escalated platform issues of a technically challenging nature
Ensure best practices are followed and ensure out of the box ServiceNow solutions are utilized with minimum customization's
Ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
Interact with our ServiceNow Development team to manage the project.
Provide Status and briefs to our customer.
Develop standardized approach to deliver GTM elements that may include consultative workshops, reference materials, partner engagements, linkages to other Kyndryl programs.
Manage inter-dependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks, and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated.
Drive and evaluate operational performance outcomes which contribute to the achievement of the overall client success.
Foster a culture which drives and encourages high performance, collaboration, agility, and accountability in the delivery
