Impressive, right? </p> <p>To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!<br><br>Ready to be part of the experience? </p> <p>Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.</p></div><p><strong>Position Objective:</strong><strong><br></strong></p> <p>Provide operational support in the management of hospitality areas, dressing rooms, and green rooms, ensuring that guests, artists, drivers/riders, ambassadors, speakers, and participants have access to the necessary spaces, services, and information throughout the event.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Welcome and assist guests, artists, and participants upon arrival at their designated areas.</li> <li>Support the setup, organization, and maintenance of dressing rooms, green rooms, and hospitality spaces.</li> <li>Monitor the availability of beverages, snacks, catering, and support materials, reporting any replenishment needs.</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness, order, and professional presentation standards across backstage and hospitality areas.</li> <li>Assist in locating and escorting participants when requested by the Production or Stage Management teams.</li> <li>Respond to basic inquiries from guests and participants, escalating issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.</li> <li>Support access control procedures and ensure the proper use of assigned spaces.</li> <li>Collaborate with Production, Hospitality, and Stage Management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.</li> <li>Perform general logistical and operational support tasks as required by event needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our Hiring Process</strong
