Senior Data Collection Analyst - Fast Data Support

Being a Senior Data Collection Analyst in Fast Data Support - is mainly about Live Supervision and maintaining the focus around the Supporter/DCA team and making sure everyone understands the process and is acting accordingly.         

 

Desired qualifications:

• Super Backup – support of games when necessary 
• Guarantee Janus Admin tasks are properly and timely executed
• Support Live Support & Monitoring Team on gathering information from games 
• Provide live supervision and feedback for Data Collectors (Supporters) 
• Execute Training & Re-training for Data Collectors (Supporters) 
• Re-arrangement of shift plans & distribution of games 
• Support quality control, reviewing supporters' performance and handling QC queries 

 

We need:

• Fluent English 
• In-depth sports knowledge 
• Wide experience working with the Fast Data Product 
• Ability to teach, engage, explain, demonstrate, guide, and enable 
• Decision maker and proactive approach in a live and fast-paced environment 
• Good command of Office 365
