HQ - Strategic Finance Analyst (Remote - EMEA)

We are looking for a Strategic Finance Analyst for our Finance headquarters. The ideal candidate will excel at financial  modeling, preparing materials for the Board of Directors, and developing  sensitivity scenarios for C-level executives. This role will involve working on Job&Talent's global Business Plan as well as supporting opportunistic M&A  transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support  business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
• Prepare comprehensive financial presentations and reports for the Board of Directors
• Analyze and create sensitivity scenarios to assist C-level executives in making informed decisions
• Collaborate with senior leadership on the development and execution  of the global Business Plan
• Conduct financial due diligence and analysis for potential M&A transactions
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to drive business performance and strategic initiatives

You have…

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Communication: Excellent English skills (C1+), both written and  verbal
• Extreme Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take full responsibility  for projects and outcomes
• Excel Modeling: Extensive experience with Excel financial modeling
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation preferred
• Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and valuation methodologies
• Experience preparing materials for senior executives and Board of Directors
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Industry Experience: Background in investment banking or corporate banking
