Cedar Rapids, IA (Customer Service Attendant)

Are you looking for a flexible, part-time cleaning opportunity with a great company? We are looking for individuals to help support our customers for 12 - 15 hours per week, and this laundry attendant role could be just what you need! 

 

Earn $13-$15 per hour and play an integral role in creating a truly unique laundry experience at our Cedar Rapids locations. At this time, we are looking for support at our 1400 6th Street SW Suite 100 location.

 

Your Work Environment 

This position functions within a retail-oriented setting, and necessitates frequent interaction with customers and various equipment, including washers, dryers, change machines, and tablets. Employees will come in contact with standard cleaning chemicals and laundry detergents. Please note that noise levels may occasionally be elevated.  

  

Physicality of Your Job 

Must be able to lift 60lbs. This position requires constant movement and use of limbs. Must be able to engage in repetitive bending, kneeling, and squatting movements. Must occasionally ascend and descend step stools as required for job duties.  

  

Your Job Responsibilities 

• Provide an excellent customer experience to guests 

• Greeting them and engaging with them in a positive way during their visit  

• Promoting and explaining all services provided at Clean Laundry 

• Assisting with laundry machines, app (if applicable), and coin machines and payment centers 

• Support daily operational needs including ordering supplies, cleaning and maintenance, restocking and more 

• Other duties as assigned
