Landscape/Grounds Maintenance (Sioux Falls, SD)

Billion Automotive is hiring a YEAR-ROUND Landscape/Grounds Maintenance worker to join our busy team! This is a FULL-TIME position with benefits.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

-General Landscaping Duties including:

-Placement, installation and care of Lawns, Sod, Fertilizing, Trees and Plants.

-Designing and building retaining walls and other landscape features.

-Installation and care of Lawn Irrigation Systems

-Operating landscape equipment for grounds maintenance - including snow removal

-Performing general maintenance on all landscape equipment

-Some general maintenance - painting, drywall, etc.

-Working indoors & outdoors in all seasons

-Able to work well with others, maintain and plan work for a 3 to 4 person crew.

-Computer skills are a plus: word documents and able to order and track materials

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Valid drivers license/acceptable driving record

-Must be 18 years of age or older

-Good time management and organization/attention to detail

-Reliable transportation and attendance

-Previous Landscaping experience
