The Strategic Account Support Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently maintaining corporate account records, including entering, updating, researching, and verifying data in company and/or third-party systems. Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency is crucial for success in this position.
This role requires an individual who can confidently own the end-to-end process for data management related to our key corporate accounts. The Strategic Account Support Specialist will serve as the point person for all aspects of data handling, ensuring that records are maintained with the highest standards of accuracy and completeness to support internal and external business needs.
In addition to ongoing data management, this role will play a central role in transforming and optimizing these processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and integrating new technology solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability. The Strategic Account Support Specialist will be instrumental in implementing these improvements while maintaining continuity and high-quality service throughout the transition.
This role is a critical part of the Corporate Account team that provides exceptional service to our strategic partners and plays a key role in evolving how we support them.

What you’ll do:
- Corporate Contract Data Oversight:
- Own the end-to-end data management process for corporate accounts to ensure alignment with contractual requirements. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and ensure data compliance across systems.
- Data Management & Integrity:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems (e.g., IOE), adhering to standard operating procedures and account-specific requirements.
- Monitor and update databases in a timely manner to reflect changes, additions, or corrections to account records.
- Maintain real-time accuracy of customer data, including hospital locations, affiliations, and organizational relationships.
- Process Optimization & Technology Enablement:
- Actively identify and recommend process improvements that enhance data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new tools or system enhancements that streamline account data management and reporting.
- Reporting & Compliance: Responsible for the timely execution of reports required by contract or service agreements. Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Finance Support: Support finance-related functions including the processing of billing and invoicing tasks in accordance with the specific requirements of each corporate group.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with the commercial team (sales, marketing, product) to support daily account operations through a variety of administrative and data-related tasks.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to coordinate support for corporate events and meetings.
- Corporate Events & Communication Support:
- Assist in coordinating corporate events, serving as a liaison between internal departments to ensure logistics and communication are aligned with strategic account goals.
- Backup Support: Serve as a functional backup for other corporate account data functions to ensure business continuity.
- Continuous Improvement Contribution: Proactively contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance department practices, improve system functionality, and strengthen customer support models.
- Flexibly support additional projects or responsibilities as needed, especially those related to account data optimization and process transformation.
