What You Will Do:

As the Administrative Assistant in this role, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager and the management team of a Joint Replacement/Sales. You will be responsible for facilitating projects/programs, administering departmental budget, and facilitating the planning and delivery of various programs and tools. Success in this role will require an understanding of business priorities, a desire to take initiative and a knack for creating efficient processes with attention to detail. Additional responsibilities may require you to:

  • Prepare correspondences via email and memos to ensure communications with Sales Managers and branch personnel; retrieve and process all mail.
  • Process all Instrument Request Forms for the Branch, Surgeon Education Grant Requests for Stryker Sales Representatives, Expense Reports for the General Manager by obtaining the necessary signatures and returning the appropriate departments; documenting and archiving these reports for future reference.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for the General Manager and others including annual meetings, NSM, AAOS and etc.; plan annual meetings.
  • Organize and file all hard copies of documents and product information.
  • Prepare the Monthly Sales Team Report by collecting information and collaborating with the Branch; prepare Monthly Percentage Growth Reports by collecting and collaborating information from Sales Operations.
  • Order and/or copy articles for distribution to the General Manager, Sales Managers, and/or Sales Representatives.
  • Participate in trainings of newly released web-based systems.
  • Manage updates to sales representatives and management contact information.
  • Implement and manage project ideas conceptualized by General Manager.

What You Need:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative position (preferred in a corporate environment)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs

Preferred:

  • Associate or bachelor’s Degree

Travel Percentage: 10%
