What are you going to do?

This role will be responsible for the ownership and hands-on management and operation of client’s data warehouse. It will also be responsible for working with business units to understand their data reporting requirements, then creating the appropriate dashboards and/or reports to fulfill those business needs.

Your responsibilities

• Work with client Business Analysts to understand business processes that could be enhanced
  with data analytics
• Manage the data warehouse instance to ensure data that is accurate, trustworthy, and acts as the reliable single source of truth for reporting initiatives
• Manage data integration connections with upstream systems feeding the data warehouse
• Create reports and dashboards supporting business initiatives: forecasting, historical reporting,
  decision support, etc.
• Improve existing reporting and dashboards
•  Champion the use of data analytics throughout the business to drive better business outcomes

Why do we need your skills?

• At least 5 years of proven hands-on management of a data warehouse environment (preferably Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Server, Azure Synapse, etc.)
• Proven proficiency in database management and data load/hygiene functions such as extracts, transforms, loads (ETLs)
• Demonstrated ability in creation of reports and dashboards (across a variety of toolsets)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong intrapersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
