Service Delivery Operations Team Lead

Job Description:
Support the IT Operations efforts both with business process analysis, re-engineering and analysis. The team also creates and reports dashboard and status updates to senior leadership teams. Finally, the team will work closely within ServiceNow and work with the tool to adjust workflows, reports and tools. The IT Ops Senior will be responsible for creating and implementing IT Operations guidelines - processes and tools - that the enterprise will follow so that incidents occur less and response times are improved across the enterprise.
Must have:
- 6 years of experience in consulting, operations or project coordination
- Experiencing managing change within operational infrastructure and incident management
- Experience engaging with multiple senior level stakeholders to determine requirements and to implement IT operation best practices to include logs, monitoring, and alerting
- Experience with Jira or similar task tracking and incident tracking tools
- Experience creating operational guidelines for mitigating and handling incidents with IT infrastructure
Nice to have:
- Experience with ServiceNow or a change management database (CMDB) platform
- System Administrator experience that involves making custom configurations
- Experience creating dashboards
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $117,000 - $214,300
Colorado: $117,000 - $185,200
New York: $108,500 - $214,300
Washington State: $124,700 - $197,300
