Qualifications Required in the Job:

• BS/BA degree; Advanced degree/certification (MBA/CFA/CPA) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management function is preferred
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation strongly preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of banking, cash/treasury management, brokerage industry operations preferred
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills preferred
• Continuous improvement mindset, driven to explore opportunities for process improvements that address short term needs while moving us closer to a longer-term vision
• Identify trends and present recommendations to Senior Leadership to influence decision making

What Could Set You Apart:

• Experience with SQL, Power BI or other data extraction and analytics tools
• Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial, G-Treasury or another treasury management systems is also a plus

Please note: 
Associate's working hours must align to 8 am to 5 pm Central standard time

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday. For this role, there is a strong preference for Tempe, AZ as the location. 

Salary Information

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and
