The Senior Demand Scheduler maintains the integrated demand plan by working directly with the business line teams and in coordination with the supply planners in the tactical fulfillment of the demand plan.

What you’ll do

• Manage fulfillment of demand signal that satisfies customer needs while aligning to the targets of the business.
• Keep ERP systems and tools up to date and accurate to the current demand signal including incorporating the phase-in/phase-out process of change management.
• Manage relationships with supply pillars of the organization to proactively identify and resolve issues relating to the execution of the demand plan.
• Track forecast accuracy and drive process improvement to optimize customer on time fulfillment within the segment.
• Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals/programs/processes for a demand planning segment.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• Major experience in manufacturing / supply chain
• Significant experience specifically in material planning / scheduling function

• Fluent English knowledge is essential 

• System tool experience with resource planning (Demantra, ERP)
• Ability to lead, manage and communicate with all levels of the business
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Inclusive leadership style, proven ability to build a connection with the team through personal involvement and trust
• Familiarity with materials management disciplines including S&OP
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, act independently, and use sound judgment
• Ability to successfully motivate and maintain high integrity, employee involvement, safety and teamwork
