Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a qualified Technical Project Manager to join our Release Management team, which is integrated within Product Engineering, and ensure that we deliver strong and reliable solutions to our clients.We welcome self-motivated, detail oriented and enthusiastic Technical Project Managers having experience on various Software Engineering Models and Methods (Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Scrum etc.) strengthen our team, manage interesting and challenging projects and share their experience in order to scale up our capacity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control plan, budget (Baselines Vs Actuals);
• Risk and Issue Management;
• Escalating risks and issues where necessary;
• Managing and facilitating the coordination of teams involved and tracking dependencies towards end-to-end delivery;
• Status and Progress reporting to upper management through specific Project Portfolio Management tool;
• Confident to cooperate also with other organization’s sectors e.g. Marketing department to tout the end product to market.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field;
• Proven work experience as a project manager (+3 years experience);
• Competent on Software Engineering Processes;
• Experienced on Software Engineering Models and Methods (SDLC);
• Solid technical background for software projects;
• Problem solving, creativity and prioritization skills;
• Communication, presentation and team management skills;
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Greek.

It Would Be Also Nice If You Had

• Previous work experience in Software Development industry with focus on Banking sector;
• Familiar with Microsoft Team Foundation Server and;
• Familiar with Project Management tools.
