Analyst / Product Owner - Tech Delivery

Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured analyses for technological solutions applicable to investment, commercial, and consumer banking processes.

• Create vision and roadmap for technology product such as software applications aligned with strategic direction for the business.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their technical needs/problems with the software applications and align them based on priority.

• Identify risk/dependencies and quantify the impact on the business/technology and identify controls needed to resolve.

• Develop reports on intakes and fund allocation to be presented to Senior Management.

• Work with PEGA software to acquire system knowledge, understand business operations flow, and provide test support.

• Work with SAFe and similar Software Delivery frameworks including Agile, Jira, and Confluence.

• Utilize Excel and write SQL/JQL queries to ensure data quality and gather input for intake and funding allocation reporting to stakeholders.

• Utilize sharp analytical and problem-solving skills like collaboration, logical and strategic thinking and planning aided by Business Operation flows and Visio diagrams.

• Utilize strong knowledge of application architecture acquired during JAD sessions and architecture design reviews.

• Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related; and

• 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

• Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:

• Working with PEGA Software to acquire system knowledge, understanding business operations flow, and providing test support;

• Working with SAFe and similar Software Delivery frameworks including Agile, Jira, and Confluence;
