If you thrive in a collaborative, forward-thinking atmosphere, we invite you to join us in driving positive change through sustainable consulting solutions.</p><p><strong>In this role, you will make an impact by: </strong></p><ul><li>Assisting clients in navigating complex ESG regulations and reporting requirements, ensuring compliance and transparency in sustainability efforts.</li><li>Guiding clients through the implementation of sustainable practices across diverse disciplines, including ESG reporting, carbon accounting, Due diligence, Post merger integration, circularity and more.</li><li>Conducting in-depth research and analysis to develop data-driven sustainability strategies tailored to clients' unique needs.</li><li>Collaborating closely with experienced consultants to deliver actionable recommendations that drive positive environmental and social outcomes.</li><li>Playing a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their sustainability goals, contributing to their long-term success and positive societal impact.</li><li>Contributing to a dynamic and innovative team that is at the forefront of sustainable consulting, making a tangible difference in the global sustainability landscape.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>We are seeking a candidate who embodies a passion for sustainability and has relevant experience in a consulting environment (or similar relevant experience), bringing a strong foundation in environmental practices and business acumen.</p><p>The ideal candidate will bring a mix of skills to complement our team.</p><p><strong>What you bring to the team: </strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree level education, e.g. Business Administration, Climate and Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Anthropology, Communication, Accounting, Law, Data Science, Economics, or other relevant area.</li><li>A strong interest in ESG &amp; Sustainability trends globally and locally.</li><li>Consulting experience (or similar relevant experience).</li><li>Knowledge of sustainability-specific topics, including regulations, standards, and protocols in any of the ESG areas (Environmental, Social, or Governance) – e.g. CSRD, Eu-Taxonomy, TCFD, TNFD.</li><li>Experience using, implementing, configuring or designing ESG technology solutions is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).</li><li>The ability to both work independently and as a team player.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent English language skills.</li><li>Danish skills are an advantage but not a requirement.</li><li>Ambitious and eager to learn.</li></ul><p><strong>About the team</strong><br/> Our team of sustainability experts is diverse and inclusive, with members from multiple nationalities with different experiences and backgrounds.
