About the position  

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Junior HR Business Partner to join our global R&D organization. This role reports directly to the People & Organisation Lead for R&D.

You will:

• Collaborate with the People & Organisation Lead for R&D to execute annual plans and the people strategy for the global R&D function.
• Support the HR strategy to drive the achievement of functional and company goals.
• Lead the talent development agenda to support the company’s growth plans.
• Champion the performance culture and engagement strategy.
• Provide support in organizational design, including recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, rewards and analytics, as well as people and career development.
• Advise the R&D community on all HR-related topics.
• Partner closely with the P&O Operations team to shape and continuously improve the employee experience.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and secure top talent for the organization.
• Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.

 

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

You are a motivated professional with a university degree in Human Resources or a related field and 0-2 years of experience, driven by a passion for becoming a well-rounded HR Business Partner. Fluent in English, with knowledge of Dutch labor law and Dutch as a plus, you bring a hands-on, problem-solving mindset and thrive on managing a wide range of topics simultaneously. Due to the nature of the role, it’s expected to be present in the office for 3 days (based on full-time working) in the week. Your 'can-do' attitude, flexibility, and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment set you apart. You are proactive, results-oriented, and excel in building strong stakeholder relationships with exceptional communication skills.
