The LTS team provides innovative recruiting tools to help these customers achieve talent acquisition success through facilitating the process of sourcing top talent, posting jobs with guaranteed visibility and assisting in brand-building.
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Measurement and Insights to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance across all LTS Customer Marketing programs. This person will be responsible for analyzing marketing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve marketing performance and execution.
The ideal candidate has led high visibility data, infrastructure, and/or measurement projects in matrixed organizations. They have a strong background of proven execution and are able to navigate large organizations, build trust with a variety of partners and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, the right person for this role has a drive for delivering impact, with strong experience in making data-driven decisions, understanding the end customer/user, and proving results for their programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop requirements and identify optimization opportunities for marketing metrics, dashboards and performance analyses to show the impact of our programs
- Query existing data sources and leverage available performance dashboards to uncover compelling business insights
- Develop innovative ideas for a/b tests, create detailed test plans, and oversee the launch and measurement of tests to optimize campaign performance
- Execute on strategic data initiatives to increase campaign efficiency and effectiveness, paving the way for a highly automated, scaled and optimized future state
- Collaborate closely with Data Science to build out models and algorithms that enhance our measurement capabilities
- Create and deliver compelling presentations that highlight strategic opportunities, key levers, and growth drivers to gain buy-in from stakeholders and drive alignment on marketing initiatives
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of relevant marketing analytics experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or measurement related role
Preferred Experience
- Master's degree in a technology-related field or MBA a plus
- BA/BS degree in business, economics, math, statistics, computer science, or related discipline or equivalent working experience
- Proven experience using data and insights to develop actionable strategies
- Experience developing statistical models and implementing measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns
- Strong relationship management experience and proven ability to work seamlessly across internal teams in a highly matrixed environment
- Strong business and technical communication skills
- Business acumen and creative problem-solving skills, not afraid to question the norm
- Experience working with SQL and data visualization tools to query large datasets (e.g. Spark SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Google productivity suite
