Graphic Designer (Email designs)

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm MDT

Job Description: You’ll be the creative force behind email marketing campaigns for multiple growing clients, working within a streamlined system where strategy is already mapped out and you can focus on what you do best – designing. This isn’t about juggling strategy, copywriting, and technical builds. You’ll receive clear briefs, create stunning visuals in Figma, and watch your designs come to life as the team implements them across email platforms. It’s a role where your creative impact is immediate and measurable across diverse client campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Design email graphics and layouts in Figma based on pre-developed campaign strategies
• Manage daily design tasks through ClickUp project management system
• Create visual assets for email marketing campaigns across multiple active client accounts
• Collaborate with strategists and email managers who implement your designs into email platforms
• Handle multiple concurrent email design projects to meet client deadlines
• Maintain design consistency and quality standards across diverse client brands
• Adapt designs based on feedback from strategists and email performance data
• Support the team during high-volume periods as the agency continues scaling

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Figma for email design and graphic creation
• Experience with ClickUp or similar task management platforms
• Strong background in email marketing design and best practices
• Ability to work during overlapping business hours with the client’s schedule
• Capability to work independently within established workflows and processes
