About Our Team

As a member of the Global Ops & Functions Talent Acquisition team, your role in our sourcing team profoundly impacts a mission-critical aspect of the organization's development. You will support business and recruiting leaders on key hiring initiatives and efforts across a variety of critical programs. To include, but not limited to: talent research & sourcing, candidate assessment, recruitment analytics & reporting, diversity recruiting strategy and enhanced candidate experience.

Responsibilities
1. As a Global Leadership Sourcer, you will cooperate with our recruiters to uncover the best leadership talent across our diverse business groups (Brand & Communications, Public Policy, Legal, & Operations) spanning multiple global markets.
2. Develop a pool of qualified and diverse candidates, sourcing through various online channels such as job boards, internal databases, forums, social platforms, and professional networks.
3. Assist in the recruitment and assessment process including posting jobs, screening resumes and conducting candidate interviews.
4. Conduct market and organizational mapping to provide insights into org structure of target companies, identify key talents, and produce mapping reports.
5. Ensure a high-touch candidate experience, and act as the employer branding champion to cultivate interest in TikTok's culture and EVP.
6. In order to perform successfully, you need to be an excellent communicator who is persuasive and has great interpersonal skills, a highly analytical and detail-oriented team player juggling many tasks at once.

This is a 6-month temporary assignment with an opportunity to be extended. This role will be payrolled through a third-party staffing agency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
-At least 5 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition, with a mix of agency and in-house experience preferred.
-Experience sourcing and screening candidates up to the CXO -1 level
-Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, often working across global time zones.
-High level of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity; ideally you will be detail-oriented, passionate, and intellectually curious.
-Proficient in using various sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn and other tools to conduct solid mapping practice.
