You already know Goodyear as one of the great American brands and now we are expanding our service portfolio to include onsite tire, oil, and light mechanical services.  Goodyear Mobile services direct-to-consumer customers and fleets at their places of residence or fleet yards. It is modern alternative to traditional brick and mortar automotive service attached as an omni-channel extension of Goodyear Retail. The Senior Analyst Mobile Operations plays a crucial role in optimizing our logistics operations through data analysis, reporting, and business insights generation. This role works closely with various stakeholders to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and implement improvement initiatives for the overall service delivery to Mobile customers.

 

Primary Responsibilities:I-JK1

• Data and Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to mobile logistics operations (including labor management and route optimization)
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) (such as plan vs actual, on-time percentage, stop time, etc.)
  • Ensure data accuracy/integrity through regular audits and data validation processes
  • Work across various Goodyear departments to aggregate data into powerful analytical reporting and dashboards
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis/reporting support to Operational teams and Retail/Mobile Management (as required)
  • Partner with the Routing and Logistics Systems Analyst to leverage reporting/data inside of Salesforce Field Services
• Business Insights
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within data to provide actionable insights to advance Mobile Operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Present findings/recommendations to stakeholders in clear and concise reports or presentations
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in logistics operations based on data-driven insights
• Implementation and Improvement
  • Work with Field Operations, Customer Experience, and within Mobile Installation Logistics Excellence and Support (MILES) team to implement process improvements/operational efficiencies identified via data analysis
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjustments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Contribute in evaluating new technologies and tools that can enhance logistics operations effectiveness (including routing software and mobile technology)
  • Prepare and deliver clear/compelling presentations of findings, insights, and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
