We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Order Fulfillment team. This role is essential to our daily operations and will play a critical part in ensuring that our merchandise is received, processed, stored, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

About the Role: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day functions of our warehouse, manage a team of associates, and ensure efficient inventory management and compliance with safety protocols. Our operation spans across three buildings, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable working cross-functionally across departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and ensure proper stock handling and storage.
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and support warehouse staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce company safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Logistics Coordination: Monitor the flow of goods, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on schedule.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics and implement improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; a degree in logistics, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic computer applications, including Excel. Experience with Infor WMS or recent ERP conversions is a strong advantage.
• Leadership: Strong team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to make informed decisions and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
• Bonus Skills: Experience in a production warehouse environment, particularly with embroidery or silkscreen operations, is highly desirable.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more.
• Capable of standing for extended periods.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
