Job Summary:
Golf Course Outside Services Representatives are an integral part of the Golf Division with the City of Greeley and are responsible for providing quality customer service to patrons of the Greeley Golf Courses. This position assists with daily facility operations.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills
Minimum Requirements
- Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire required.
Preferred
- Experience and knowledge of golf course operations.
- Spanish/English bilingual skills.
- At least one year of golf course experience.

Essential Functions
Customer Service
- Maintains superior levels of customer service to golf course patrons.
- Fully knowledgeable of all opening and closing procedures of Outside Services.
- Familiar with all aspects of tournament set up and tear down.
- Maintains a professional grooming and uniform standard.
- Stays up to date and current on all upcoming golf course events.
- Brings golf carts to and from the cart barns to the cart staging areas daily, ensuring the carts are safe and ready for use.
- Assists in the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
- Picks range balls up on the driving range, washes them, and deposits them in the range ball dispenser.
- Works with pro shop staff to ensure pace of play on the golf course is being maintained at all times.
- Monitoring turn times to identifying slow play issues.
- Maintains an open line of communication to the professional staff.
- Gives assistance to pro shop staff when necessary.
