· You will work for our Scandinavian client, one of the largest telecommunications companies and mobile operator in Nordics.

· You will be part of a team developing and deploying the new version of the Party Information Management (PIM) system, which serves as a targeted solution for managing customer data for B2B and B2C. The aim is to ensure customer centricity through a holistic Customer 360 view, understanding the roles and relationships of B2B and B2C in all customer entities. The new version is being developed in Java and will replace the functionality written in Node.js.

· You will be part of teams that include a product owner, scrum master, business analyst, application and system architects, as well as Node.js and Java developers.

How does our hiring process work?

· We communicate with everyone interested in a position in our SW development team.

· First, you will be contacted by Tereza (Recruiter) to discuss your experience, technologies you work with, expectations for the new position, etc. She will also provide more information about our company, team, customers, and role requirements.

· If it makes sense for both parties, we will arrange a meeting - either in person at one of our branches (Brno, Ostrava) or through an online meeting with the team manager, Tomáš Drábek. Usually, for the first round, we invite Senior Delivery Manager Monika Pinkasová, who will give you more insights into the project work for the customer.

· If needed, you will have a second round with the customer, conducted in English.

· After the meeting, we will provide feedback, whether positive or negative. We also appreciate feedback from you to know what we can improve on 😊.

· Prior to your start date, the team manager will contact you to finalize hardware details and discuss the first days, so you know what to expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and deployment of the new version of the PIM system.

• Work on ensuring customer centricity by providing a 360-degree view of B2B and B2C interactions.

• Collaborate with the team to replace the existing functionality written in Node.js with Java.

Requirements:

• Experience in Java development.

• Previous experience with Node.js is a plus.

• Familiarity with customer data management systems is advantageous
