About the role

HealthPartners is looking for a Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team at our HealthPartners Center for International Health Clinic in St. Paul. We are seeking a family practice certified physician assistant (PA-C) for the Center for International Health (CIH), an internationally recognized immigrant medicine clinic, which has helped define best practices in refugee and immigrant health care for over 40 years.  Position includes outpatient primary care and urgent care for a diverse group of patients, many of whom are immigrants and refugees. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.

As a Physician Assistant, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities.  The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Physician Assistant. Demonstrated commitment to and knowledge of the field of refugee/immigrant health, primary care, team orientation, and excellent communication skills. US and international experience working with refugees and globally mobile populations.  Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. Previous experience with the Epic electronic medical record system is helpful but not required.  Experience preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE:

32 hours per week/0.80 FTE

Sunday: OFF

Monday: OFF

Tuesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Wednesday: 9:30am – 6:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Saturday: OFF
