Responsibilities:
- Utilize effect program management skills and tools to drive project delivery – moving the program forward as an active leader as opposed to a passive recipient
- Plan, delegate, monitor, and follow-up on work across multiple teams, including partner teams, building strategic alignment and executing on prioritized deliverables.
- Play a key role in the advancement of cyber security goals and audit compliance, working with partner teams to address key requirements and project deliverable on-time.
- Manage and execute technical projects end-to-end within the Compliance, Risk, and Cybersecurity space, engaging with stakeholders to align on direction and manage expectations across internal groups.
- Manage CMDB maturity in ServiceNow
- Manage a program focused on leading development teams to resolve cyber findings identified in Fortify, SonaType, WebInspect, and penetration testing.
- Partner with infrastructure team to remediate on-premise hardware issues.
- Partner with Cloud team to remediate issues in cloud infrastructure (Azure)
- Partner with external Auditors to respond to requests for information (RFI)
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in program or technical project management – including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- 5 Years of expertise in ServiceNow. Deep experience with building reports and dashboards, CMDB, Incidents, Change, and Service Requests.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a senior Program Manager in a Fortune 500 company. Strong project management skills with successful project delivery and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly evolved team skills – evidenced by success in team sports or similar
- Committed to winning – personal accountability to achieve success
- Calm amidst pressure, tight timelines, and high workloads
- Knows how to balance EQ with authenticity to bring out the best in people and to achieve desired outcomes
- Experience with Jira, Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite
