Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a highly skilled Senior Manager, Commercial Product and Pipeline Communications to join our global orthopaedics team. This position can be located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Raynham, MA; New Brunswick, NJ; or West Chester, PA.

This role will drive strategic communications – passionate about driving business growth, reputation and leadership for our pipeline and exciting new product innovations. This individual will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, driving content creation, and coordinating various communication activities across multiple channels (earned, paid, social, owned). They will also serve as a key communications advisor to various members of the global orthopaedics leadership team.

This individual must be comfortable working both collaboratively and independently in dynamic, fast-paced environments with multiple internal and external partners. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong executive presence and the confidence and ability to provide expert communications counsel to business leaders. We’re looking for a curious professional, driven by excellence to win in the market. The position will also lead agency teams.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to craft and implement internal and external communication strategies for key pipeline, product and business launches, data and achievements, ensuring consistency of messaging and alignment of cross-functional efforts.

· Own the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including press releases, message maps, social media, videography, graphic content, etc. and ensure their appropriate business reviews and approvals.

· Work cross functionally to develop a repository of both internal and external earned and paid media stories featuring HCPs, patients and trends.

· Help surface potential issues and develop issues-management strategies that support business objectives and reputation.

· Partner with Public Affairs to support engagements that strengthen our position as a leader in orthopaedics.

· Develop R&D and innovation communications stories.

· Work with media and investor relations teams to strategically position the business.

· Support Business Development communications efforts.

· Provide limited site-based communications support.

· Develop internal communication strategy and messages to encourage, engage, inform and align employees.

· Ensure regular touch-points with cross-functional teams to track and plan for key data and other achievements.

· Collaborate with regional leads to share best practices, core messages and materials to prepare for OUS launches and strategies.
