The role is hands-on, focusing on end-to-end ownership of product initiatives, where you'll be great at blending quantitative and qualitative insights and industry trends into problems to solve. This role suits a strong generalist with at least 4-6 years of experience delivering complex solutions, who is resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and can work and learn at a start-up pace. We're looking for someone who is energized by the opportunities and challenges we face, and has a bias for action with informed points of view. </p><p>This is an opportunity to join a team where you’ll have significant influence, work on 0-1 product challenges, and contribute to building something exceptional from the ground up.</p><h4>What will you do?</h4><ul> <li>Collaborate with engineering and technical experts to understand the unique challenges and opportunities in cybersecurity and AI, translating these into user-focused solutions.</li> <li>Building and managing the roadmap and making prioritization decisions for long-term projects and short-term experiments, particularly those that drive the biggest business impact.</li> <li>Conduct user interviews, research, and feedback sessions to uncover pain points and ensure alignment with user needs.</li> <li>Speak directly with clients and pilot teams to explain ideas, gather feedback, and refine prototypes and solutions, adopting a "good enough to learn" mindset rather than striving for pixel-perfect designs upfront. </li> <li>Translating customer needs and business requirements into clear and actionable user stories, product specifications, and wireframes.</li> <li>Analyze product performance and usage metrics using tools like SQL and MixPanel to identify issues and opportunities.</li> <li>Define, track, and iterate on success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of product features and help guide strategic pivots.</li> <li>Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and contribute to our go-to-market strategies.</li> <li>Foster transparent communication across teams, sharing updates, decisions, and challenges proactively to avoid bottlenecks and promote openness. </li> <li>Learn hands-on about the cybersecurity space and building with AI (LLM's).</li> </ul><h3>Required Skills &amp; Experience</h3><ul> <li>Proven experience in SaaS product management, particularly with platform-based solutions, where you have taken ownership of an entire feature and delivered it, and evaluated after release if the outcomes were achieved.</li> <li>Strong strategic thinking with the ability to create product goals, prioritize competing demands and opportunities, and align efforts with user needs and business objectives.</li> <li>Familiarity with product frameworks such as JTBD, agile methodologies, and prioritization strategies, blending them into practical solutions when appropriate.</li> <li>Hands-on execution experience in product discovery, design, development, and delivery; working directly with engineers, design, marketing, and sales. </li> </ul><h4>Technical Skills:</h4><ul> <li>Proficiency with productivity tools like Notion, Linear, AirTable, Google Workspace </li> <li>Working knowledge of analytics tools like MixPanel, and able to write SQL for extracting insights and driving decisions.</li> <li>Proficiency with Figma for wireframing and design collaboration.</li> <li>Highly capable in writing and structuring tickets, PRDs, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.</li> <li>Understanding of API's, 3rd party integrations, and software development lifecycles.</li> <li>Be able to learn and discuss technical concepts around cybersecurity, and AI. </li> </ul><h4>Soft Skills:</h4><ul> <li>Autonomous and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work with minimal guidance.</li> <li>Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a dynamic startup environment</li> <li>Strong communicator with empathy, who shares updates, aligns stakeholders, and fosters transparency.</li> <li>You're pragmatic, humble, and understand the value of speed and execution. </li> </ul><h4>Must haves:</h4><ul> <li>4-6+ years of demonstrable product experience on SaaS platforms, with end to end ownership of features and outcomes.</li> <li>Fluent in English, French proficiency is a plus (working language is
