Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day client accounts and communications.

• Support senior account representatives in project coordination and execution.

• Conduct market research to identify client needs and opportunities.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and client proposals.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project status.

• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Previous internship or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
