Social Media Content Creator

Tombras, an independent, 400+ person, national full-service advertising agency is searching for a Social Media Content Creator to join our Social Creative team.
Where you’ll be working: Knoxville, TN
Our Creative Social Team has made some of your favorite work on the internet for clients like MoonPie, Josh wine, Sweethearts, Steak-umm, Club cracker, SunChips, Arby’s and more beloved national brands. Though not managing brand DMs themselves, the Social Creative team works closely with other departments to create world-class social content across all digital media and ensure real-time trends and the latest platform features are utilized. Our content creators work with the creative team as specialists for video-first platforms to help our brands break through with wildly creative, social-optimized, real-time video 

What you'll be doing:

• Working under the leadership of our Social Media Creative Directors, you and our Social Media Art Directors and Copywriters, Social Media Strategy, and Production teams will concept and create best-in-class video content and creative ideas for social media video platforms
• Helping the Social Media Creative department to push boundaries and stay on the bleeding edge of social media creative
• Collaborating with teams to create cutting-edge social media creative for national campaigns, always-on social media presence, and overall brand campaigns
• Staying on top of social trends to find the right opportunities for the right clients on a daily basis
• Creating a mix of content: from mouthwatering food-forward recipes to hilarious low-fi animations and everything in between, we do it all

What you bring:

• 1+ year of experience in content creation
• Experience working within TikTok and Instagram
• Knowledge and expertise in video/audio production and editing for social media
• Passion for social media and popular culture trends
• History of creating engaging, high-quality content that stops scrolls and gets attention
• Relevant experience and/or education with a focus in design, editing, or visual arts
