What You'll Contribute

The Associate, Business Systems Analysis will be responsible for assisting in gathering system requirements, perform data analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Assist in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to the improvement of business processes.

• Contribute to the design of system workflows within the Artiva system, functional specifications, and documentation to support system enhancements and implementations.

• Support the testing and quality assurance process by creating test cases, executing tests, and documenting results.

• Assist in troubleshooting system issues, identifying root causes, and collaborating with team members to develop appropriate solutions.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of data governance standards, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.

• Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation to communicate updates and recommendations to stakeholders.

What You Have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

• Basic understanding of business systems analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify patterns and trends.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred education, skills, and experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience or coursework in business systems analysis or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in Artiva systems
