Position Summary: Enterprise Smart Systems Engineer
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
As an Enterprise Smart Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting Account Managers from a quoting and design perspective. Additional responsibilities will include generating new sales of high-end audio-visual, lighting, and/or shading systems, as well as the technical design and specification of the projects. You will work directly with Account Managers and the client's technical representatives to identify, design, and specify the technical solutions and proposals to address the client's requirements. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure the seamless delivery of our systems to the clients and work maintaining and expanding relationships with the clients of the organization by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
- Specifies equipment and installation considerations regarding integration with facilities and architecture.
- Provides and reviews detailed project documentation required for the ordering of equipment, project installation, programming, and submittal to other contractors.
- Research equipment and ensure functionality and interoperability are appropriate for use in specific systems.
- Generates proposals, which must include areas of concern, the scope of service, schedule, and payment terms.

QualificationsTo join our band, you'll need the following experience:
- Business development through leveraging existing points of contact, Internet, and other ways to develop new business.
- Interfaces with the customer to understand the customer's overall needs, objectives, and requirements to identify solutions and business opportunities.
- Performs site visits to document field conditions (take pictures, verify room dimensions, check above the ceiling).
- Documents system descriptions and equipment lists to leverage for design finalization.
- Submits sales order package (PO, signed proposal, equipment, list, major contractors, and schedule) Attends project meetings as required.
