The role:

In this role, you will play a key role in many division-wide initiatives and strategies by collaborating with a skilled operations staff. You will provide policy guidance, support the division management team in operational initiatives planning and proposals, manage small projects and serve as facilitator for strategic engagement forums and meetings. In addition, you will review and monitor Oregon Administrative Rules and Oregon Revised Statues that pertain to the work within CCD and revise or implement division policies if needed.
