The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting NTAM Finance’s BU financial reporting with a focus on the BU income statement, relevant carve-outs, and associated key metrics.  This individual expected to be team player, responsible for collaborating with other NTAM Finance SMEs and engaging with other BU finance teams to lead cross-functional financial analysis projects, operating with a flexible approach and identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhanced controls, and distilling key insights and trends related to product and channel revenue trends and profitability in order to support executive decision making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships and closely coordinate with business unit on financial performance reporting.
  • Participate in the month-end accounting close and reporting processes, preparing analyses of results relative to prior year, prior month, and/or Plan, focusing on key business factors driving financial performance. Research variances to understand drivers of results and respond to ad-hoc requests from the business unit for analysis and reporting.
  • Participate in forecasting and planning cycles, including strategic and annual plan.
  • Manages projects, including planning, organizing, and directing activities towards project goal completion, including ongoing enhancements to management reporting and related system implementations in order to provide key insights to the business unit.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, strategic planning, or a related finance role.
  • Financial and accounting knowledge with business acumen. Industry knowledge is beneficial.
  • Competency in interpreting data and deriving meaningful insights & trends.
  • Results and detail oriented with ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience developing management/board presentations.
  • Self-motivated and intellectually curious with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Co-pilot to efficiently perform analyses and communicate financial information to various stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft, HFM, TM1/Cognos, or other similar systems used for financial accounting/reporting.
  • Experience with business intelligence analytical tools required to interpret data, perform analyses, and communicate financial information to various constituents.
  • Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI tools strongly preferred.

Salary Range:

$83,100 - 141,300 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
