Your Role:As a Restoration Project Manager, you’ll oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish — ensuring our customers receive exceptional care and results. You’ll lead with integrity, coordinate teams, and manage resources with precision and purpose.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Preparing accurate estimates and scopes of work using SERVPRO® systems.
• Coordinating crews, subcontractors, and schedules to keep projects on track.
• Communicating consistently with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and teammates.
• Reviewing job site documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Managing production expenses and equipment usage responsibly.
• Providing clear leadership and mentorship to your restoration team.

Additional Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver “Premier” SERVPRO® quality on every job.
• Drive the customer experience by maintaining empathy, professionalism, and proactive communication.
• Recruit, train, and develop production staff with an emphasis on SERVPRO® culture and process.
• Ensure safety protocols and OSHA standards are consistently followed.

Who You Are:You’re a proactive problem-solver and a people-first leader who thrives on structure, accountability, and service. You take pride in your work and care deeply about the people you serve.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 3+ years of industry experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• IICRC certification preferred (training provided)
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
